Banana Bread


This bread is super moist and delicious. Friends, family, and kids love it.

  •  2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tea baking soda
  • ¼ tea salt
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3  large over-ripe bananas, mashed


  • Preheat oven to 350*F. Lightly grease a nonstick Bundt pan.




  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, I used a stand mixer, cream the butter and brown sugar.  Stir in eggs and bananas, mix well.  Mix in the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.  Pour into the prepared pan.

  • Bake in a preheated oven for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Let bread cool before eating.


  • You could add a little glaze of 1 cup powdered sugar and a couple tablespoons of water or enough water to wet the sugar and drizzle on top while bread is warm.
